K15 SERVO TECHNOLOGY

This high-performance equipment is known throughout the world as the best printing system available. Today, Signature Label has the firepower of four K15-CNC Servo machines.
With the K15 Servo machines, Signature Label can print one to six passes, including four color processes (CMYK) on plastic and glass articles. Have a challenging project? With our specialty machines, we can print on round, oval, flat and combination shapes that range in size from a .25 oz jar all the way up to a 1.75-liter bottle. As an added bonus, full 360-degree printing is possible, even on non-round articles such as deodorant sticks.
Fully Automated
The K15 is programmed through servo motor drives and allows an amazing print registration tolerance as low as +/- 1/10mm. Fully automated with robotic loading and unloading mechanisms, the containers are captured in precision tooling and held throughout each print station.
A bottom camera system allows precise register to the seam without lugs or ramps. A camera inspection system monitors the quality of every article for defined attributes ensuring only quality products are delivered to the pack-out station.
