Both of our facilities were designed specifically for the requirements of container decorating. Our large heated warehouses assure a clean and warm environment. All production areas are heated and air conditioned to control the temperature and humidity year round. This process allows for the success of maintaining the integrity of the product.

Purchase Orders & Job Order Processing

Communication relating to the receipt of purchase orders, purchase order price confirmations, processing of customer orders (box tickets, artwork, specifications, ink targets, sales samples, COC approvals, and other requests).

By providing the following data, we will have the necessary information to better meet your organizations production and shipping needs and reduce last minute requests for information.

  • Production: part number, item description, quantity, component availability, due date based on component availability, quality production requirement, and where applicable, brand customer purchase order, factory work order and lot numbers.
  • Shipping: ship to location, freight terms, and any required pre-ship quality requirements

Materials Coordination

Communication relating to delivery and shipment of materials (blanks, labels, corrugate, etc.) and inventory.

Production Scheduling

Communication relating to production and production scheduling.

Quality Assurance/Post Deco Inspection & Approval
